- Beyond 10-Km from JLT, an additional charge of AED 5 for pickup and an additional charge of AED 5 for delivery will be incurred, to be paid directly to the merchant

- Pickup and drop-off at the shop will be free of cost
- Excluded areas: Al Nadha, Deira, Mirdiff, Hatta and 20 km away from Jumeirah Lakes Towers
