• Product Feature and Usage:
  Basil: The plant thrives in a hot, sunny environment and does not tolerate frost. It can be grown indoors most of the year or in a greenhouse when it is in season. It takes 10-20 days for the seed to germinate at a temperature of 15-25°C (59-77 °F). Basil is particularly good in combination with tomato; try for example the famous insalata Caprese, made with sun-ripened tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil, and fruity olive oil
  Cilantro: The plant thrives in a hot, sunny environment and does not tolerate frost. At a temperature of 10-25°C (50-77 °F), it takes 15-20 days for the seeds to germinate. The plant grows to a height of about 50 cm (20 inches). Cilantro is one of the most versatile herbs, adding a distinctive flavour to your cooking. It is widely used in Asian food, particularly in fish, rice, and chicken dishes, but can also be used as a green garnish for open sandwiches, soups, salsas, casseroles, salads, vegetables, and eggs. Do not add cilantro in hot dishes, until the last moment, or the flavour will disappear
  Mint: Mint takes about 3 weeks to germinate at room temperature. It likes to grow in moist places and can grow both in sunny and partly shaded areas. It grows to a height of 30-40 cm (12-16 inches).The plant is treasured as an accompaniment to lamb, and it is frequently used in fruit and vegetable salads. You can add mint to a myriad of recipes and drinks, including desserts and cheese boards, peas, carrots, Asian recipes, ice cream, tea, and cocktails
  Rosemary: The plant thrives in a hot, sunny environment and does not tolerate frost. It likes a sandy and nutrientless soil and is quite drought resistant. At temperatures around 15-25°, it takes 3-4 weeks for the seed to germinate. Rosemary has a strong and characteristic flavour, maybe best know from the Italian cuisine. Use it with meat or stuffing, on focaccia or pizza or even in a nice cup of tea
  Sage: Sage germinates after 20-25 days at room temperature. It can grow to a height of 60-80 cm (23-31 inches) and favours a dry, sunny place. It is a perennial and can overwinter outdoors. You can harvest from the plant in mild winters. Sage is best when cooked; the raw leaves are not so tasty
  Calendula: Calendula germinates within 10 days at a temperature of 10-15°C (50-59 °F). The plant thrives in full sunshine and blooms well into the autumn. The flowers are beautiful in bouquets. Use the petals in salads or baked goods, adding an enticing color, or as topping on sliced fruit
  Forget Me Not: It takes 2-3 weeks for the forget-me-not to germinate at a temperature of 15-20°C (59-68 °F). It takes 6-8 months before the plant blooms. The plant grows to a height of 15-35 cm (6-13 inches) and can be grown in pots or planted out in the garden. It is a hardy plant that thrives in all types of soil and can grow in both sun and shade. The attractive flowers are edible, but are generally used for decorative purposes, such as for cake decoration
  Marigold: Marigold germinates within just 7-14 days at normal room temperature. It can be sown from early spring and planted when the risk of frost is past. They are blooming throughout the summer. The golden-red colour from the petals can be used in other smart ways, as to dye materials such as wool or silk, resulting in a lovely shade of yellow
  Sweet Pepper: When germinating the seeds, they like to be kept warm. They germinate within 10-20 days at a temperature of 24-30°C (75-86 °F). The pepper plant grows to a height of 1 meter (3.3 feet). They are quite bushy and require some space. You can eat green peppers raw in salads or as an accompaniment to cheese. The red peppers have a sweeter taste and are delicious grilled with olive oil and capers; eat them raw as a snack or fried with other vegetables
