• Replacement is applicable to damaged car upholstery
• The material used will be a close colour or pattern match (~90% or higher quality) but will not be identical to the original fabric or leather
• Any additional charges exceeding the voucher value will need to be paid directly at the workshop by cash or cheque 
• Paintwork is not included
• Cars need to be dropped and collected from workshop
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; In cases of no-show, the voucher will be forfeited
