Product Review - here's what our lovely Sarah thought of the Lumo Lift
I got the Lumo Lift for a two-day trial in order to help support my back and fix my poor posture habits, especially my slouching. The posture-tracking wearable from Lumo Body tech is a small, pebble-shaped device worn discretely under clothing and near to the collar bone. It is a posture coach and activity tracker. Calculating and tracking your every step, Lumo Lift has a number of unique features including; a tracking system to inform you of how often you stay in the correct posture. Additionally, the Lumo Lift vibrates every time that you deviate away from a correct and aligned posture, in order to remind you to readjust your position.
Lumo Lift has helped me in many ways. To begin, it helped me adjust my neck accordingly when I drive, and has prevented me from hunching my neck forward. My posture for work was inexistent as it seems that my skeletal system has adjusted to my poor slouching habits. Lumo Lift helped me in this matter as it made me more aware of my posture and has since made me mindful of the way I am seated in the office. Finally, at the gym, the Lumo Lift has helped me track my steps, which made me understand my caloric outruns, which is something I think is extremely beneficial for anyone who regularly exercises.
As for the product’s technical side:

• Battery: The battery life is excellent. I charged it once during the two-day span
• Magnet: The magnet is very effective and won’t drop or fall from your clothing
• The shape and design is small and convenient, you rarely notice it and completely forget about it unless of course if you slouch!

I think that the Lumo Lift is a great device to have as it challenges the body to reroute back to its original posture habits. It is an excellent tool for those who have poor posture habits as it encourages a correct and aligned posture habit, and avoids future effects of poor posture.
