- Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened so that the therapist will be on time for the next sessions
- Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise the Cobone voucher will be forfeited and cannot be used for re-booking
- Guests needs to hand over the security code of their voucher at the time of appointment
- Spa Wet areas are for exclusive use by our guests of 18 years and above/ Children under 18 are not permitted to use the spa facilities
