    Spice Spoons is an interactive experience where guests can learn how to enjoy the art of cooking local dishes, and then share their cooking journey and recipes with friends and family back home, making them chefs at their own dinner parties. A wide array of lessons includes fresh produce selection, skill-enhancing techniques, and masterclasses on perfecting everyday local dishes. Spice Spoons at Anantara Eastern Mangroves Hotel affords rich destination dining, embracing bold flavors from Middle Eastern and Asian heritage.
  • Program:
    - Designated Chef to meet the Guest in the hotel lobby 
    - Master Chef will give a brief introduction to the key ingredients and how they are used to develop Arabian/Thai cuisine’s characteristic tastes
    - The chef will hand over the Spice Spoons Cooking Apron, Chef Hat, Chopping Board, and Recipe details will be given to the guest
    - Cooking class to start
    - Savour Guest/s' own creations for lunch with refreshments
    - Certificates of Achievement to be handed out by your Executive Chef after a successful class
    - Picture taking may take place, whenever applicable and agreed with the guests
