Guests aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid admission ticket.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
Some artworks involve water. To enter these areas, you need to remove your shoes. Complimentary lockers are available for your convenience.
High heels are not allowed inside the museum. Please wear flat-soled, comfortable footwear.
Be mindful of uneven surfaces throughout the venue.
Certain artworks feature UV lights, flashing lights, and fog effects.
We recommend wearing comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move freely and enjoy the immersive experience.
For those interested in taking photogenic pictures, wearing white or plain-colored outfits can help you stand out against the vibrant projections and lighting effects.
Some installations include water elements. Consider wearing clothing that can be easily rolled up to the knees to avoid getting wet.
Adults-Only Hours: On Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, entry is restricted to guests aged 18 years and above. Families with children will not be permitted during these hours.
A valid adult ticket is required for entry during adults-only timings.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If no time slot is booked, entry is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-in guests may be required to wait or return on another day if capacity is full.
