- In case of bad weather, any mechanical failure in the boat, act of nature, coastal guard instructions or any unforeseen circumstances, Aqua Marina Boat & Yacht Charter reserves the right to reschedule the trip
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Aqua Marina Boat & Yacht Charter due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Aqua Marina Boat & Yacht Charter will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
