- Guests must meet all height, health and age restrictions as indicated at all our attractions, rides and games
- Guests with certain health conditions are advised not to experience certain attractions, rides and games. Specific warnings are posted at each location
- For their safety, expecting mothers are advised not to ride our attractions and do so at their own risk
- Children must be supervised by an adult or guardian at all times
- Guests must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions provided by SEGA Republic team members
- Food and beverages may not be brought onto the rides and attractions
- SEGA Republic reserves the right to temporarily close certain attractions, rides or games for purposes of maintenance without prior notice or any compensation of sorts
- Guests are advised not to leave their valuables or personal belongings unattended. SEGA Republic will not be held responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged property
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject a valid ticket holder, if in the team member’s reasonable opinion the ticket holder may pose a risk to the safety of others and or affect their enjoyment within SEGA Republic and/or the normal operations of SEGA Republic
- The Management accepts no liability and is fully and effectively indemnified by the ticket holder at all times against any liability which includes but is not limited to losses, costs, claims, demands, actions, damages, legal and other professional fees and expenses

KidZania Regulations
- The Reference number must be presented when picking up your children
- KidZania timings: 10:00 am to 11:00 pm
- Swapping the bracelets is not allowed
- Children below 120cm in height must be accompanied by an adult inside KidZania. Accompanying adult for children below 120cm has to be present with them in park during the duration of the stay
- Re-admission inside Kidzania is not allowed. Once admitted, children cannot exit temporarily
- Lost Kidzos, cheques or vouchers are non-refundable. KidZania is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets or vouchers
- Entry fee is non-refundable
- KidZania® operating hours are subject to change without prior notice
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed within KidZania® premises
- KidZania® Management reserves the right to refuse the admission of the ticket holder, if his/her entry may prove detrimental towards the ambience, safety, security and operations of the facility
