- Car Upholstery can normally be repaired if the fault is in the stitching or the tear is in a location where it can be masked. All others types of damage will typically involve replacement of the fabric, leather or other material
- Car Upholstery that is damaged (burns, tears, discoloration, worn out, etc) will usually need to be replaced
- The exact cost of the repair/replacement will depend on numerous factors; the pictures and costs provided are as a guide only
- Car OEM’s do not sell their upholstery fabrics or leathers in the secondary marketplace. The material that will be used will a close colour/pattern match (~90% or higher is typically possible) but will not be identical to the original fabric/leather
- Only one Cobone can be used per repaired/replaced interior upholstery item (ie door, seat, roof, dashboard, etc)
- Any additional charges exceeding the voucher value will need to be paid directly at the workshop by cash/cheque/credit card
- Repair does not include any form of paintwork for leather – all items are either repaired or replaced

- Book by phone or alternatively send an email from our website www.zaincarcare.com or directly to [email protected] with your Cobone voucher code, car details, preferred date and if required, the collection address and time
- Please present a printed Cobone voucher or a Smartphone copy on arrival or at the time of collection
- Booked appointments will be invalidated without refund in case of a no-show unless 24 hours prior notice is provided
