Please note that the hotel requires that guests send a copy of their visa upon confirmation of booking. All reservations must be made at least 1 week prior to check in date.
Visitors holding UAE Resident visa are requested to send the hotel a copy of passport & UAE Resident visa to process the border pass. Border pass is required per the new regulation set by the UAE crossing Dibba transitional border for all UAE Residents visa holders.
Border pass will be made by the resort (free of charge) and it will remain at the Dibba checkpoint. Please ensure you bring your Passports and UAE labor card along with you. Upon entering Dibba Oman you will be asked for them at the checkpoint.
UAE or GCC citizens can visit with their Identity card or passport (border pass is not required). Visitors traveling on a UAE Tourist visa do not require a border pass. They can travel on UAE Tourist visa and no Oman visa is required; also there is no stamping of Entry and Exit on the passport at the checkpoint. Please send the first page of the passport to the hotel.
