- In case of bad weather, any mechanical failure in the boat, act of nature, coastal guard instructions, or any unforeseen circumstances, Bissalama Travel & Tourism reserves the right to reschedule the trip
- Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws. Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Bissalama Travel & Tourism due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Bissalama Travel & Tourism will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
