- It is an early morning flight
- Wear comfortable clothing, as you will be climbing in and out of the basket
- You should be able to climb in and out of the basket and stand unaided for at least one hour
- If you are late you will be left behind and you will be charged in full as a no-show
- Sindbad Gulf Balloons will be calling you directly the evening before your flight to confirm your exact pick up time. If you do not receive a phone call or a message by 8:30 pm, please contact the office directly
- Passengers who are unable to fly:
- Ladies more than 3 months pregnant
- Children less than 5 years of age
- Anyone that has had major surgery in the last 6 months
- Anyone that has had a broken leg/ arm in the last 6 months
- Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries
- Anyone who weights more than 110 kg (only between April - October). Please note that anyone who weighs more than 125 kg will be charged in double in the winter season (November to March)
- By booking your flight with Sindbad Gulf Balloons you agree to listen carefully and follow your pilot’s instructions at all times
- In case of cancellation by Sindbad Gulf Balloons due to weather, a full refund will be provided
