  - Non-Prime: 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM | 07:00 PM to 07:30 PM (last entry at 07:00 PM)
  - Prime: 04:30 PM to 06:30 PM
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked slot.
• Prior booking required at least 48 hours in advance
• Please note that the Cobone voucher is not a ticket
• Tickets once bought cannot be cancelled or refunded. E-tickets are fully non-refundable
• Child policy:
  - Children below 4 years are free of charge
  - Junior admission ticket is valid for children between 4 and 12 years
  - Children above 12 years need a general admission ticket
