• Kindly note that it is a headcount on all vessels, please do not exceed the number of people including children from yacht capacity. Extra people will not be allowed to board
• Each passenger must present the original Passport or Emirates ID upon boarding
• Suitable for all ages, but child safety is the sole responsibility of the parent
• In case of any mechanical failure, Master Yachts Cruises has the right to reschedule the trip
• Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws. Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
• Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Master Yachts Cruises due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests; Master Yachts Cruises will have the right to seek financial compensation for any damage incurred
• Maximum 1 Cobone voucher per person can be used per day
