- 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus

- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of tour cost charged
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of tour cost charged
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of tour cost charged
- All guests must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from return date) and appropriate visas.
