• About the program:
  - The Cinderella Yoga Program is the right opportunity for learners who wish to acquire the higher goals of Yoga; aligning your body and mind with inner    stillness, traditional yoga experience to a new level, and spreading the tenets of this in-demand art.
  - Participants can do this with Egyptian teachers and gurus alongside many other nationalities. 
  - The RYT course helps you learn how to align the body as described by the Yoga principles through the Yogic posture practices.
  - While the smaller programs focus on how to explore the different asanas with an aspect that familiarises you with more simple forms.
  - These yoga practices are a fusion of Vedic sciences and traditional Yoga. Thus, the learner can become a good and able teacher as well.
  - The experienced teachers keep a close look at each student as they progress and take them to the next stage whenever it is needed.
• Cinderella Yoga trainers are experts in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga. The training also includes yogic postures, cleansing, mudras, pranayama, and meditation.
