- There is no entry fee for the competition- a purchase on the Cobone.com site enters you automatically in to the draw.
- The competition will run from 5th November 2015 – 10th December 2015
- A Cobone.com shopper will be randomly selected as the winner for the day at 5pm each working day, Sunday-Thursday.
- The winner will be notified by email and announced on the website and social media.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, we will withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Each winner will be credited with AED 1000 store credit to their Cobone account.
- Cobone.com reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the company's control.

Q: How do I enter the daily draw?
A: Simply purchase one of our great deals and you will be automatically entered.
Q: What if I shop over the weekend- your advert says it's only week days?
A: Don't worry shoppers over the weekend will be added into Sunday's draw.
Q: How will I know if I've won?
A: We'll announce the winner every day on our Facebook page and on our Birthday page at 5pm. We'll also notify the winner by their registered email with us.
Q: If I win how long do I have to spend the store credit?
A: The birthday store credit will expire after 5 months so make sure you spend it all quick!
Q: Can I get a refund on items purchased with store credit
A: We're sorry the items bought with store credit will not be eligible for a refund and store credit is non-transferable.
Q: Can I enter more than once?
A: Yes you can make as many daily purchases as you want during the promotion and they will be entered into each day's draw. Shop every day for more chances to win.
